A one-time macro calculation will give you the structure you need to start your journey as an affordable alternative to hiring a coach or if you are simply not interested in one on one coaching. You will be given macronutrient targets and a general progression of how to change them based on your specific goals. This package is a one-time purchase, meaning there are no updates included in this calculation.
